Long check-in times need addressing!!! Poolside wait staff consistently absent, making it inconvenient. The noisy surroundings detracted from relaxation, and additional evening entertainment options would greatly enhance the overall experience!!!

had a great time here for my 80th bday. the superior double room was gorgeous with those luxe electric controls, and the breakfasts were amazin, especially the scrambled eggs. loved that we ate at the pool each night thanks to staff recommendations. the room had a super comfy king bed and a nice view of the pool and garden. staff were really friendly and made us feel special.
